It’s safe to say that the 2015/2016 Premier League season is one to forget for all fans of Newcastle United Football Club.
A multitude of inept displays by the players, as well as baffling decisions by the boardroom have played their part in United’s devastating demise.
The only thing preventing mass hysteria amongst the fans is the prospect of Rafa Benitez staying on to spearhead the Magpies’ promotion charge next season in the Championship.
Athough the majority of players in Newcastle’s squad severely underperformed in the season gone by, some of them gave a good account of themselves.
