Indeed, this season has been a miserable one so far. Two wins from our opening 14 Premier League games, and it’s showing no signs of improving.
The question on everyone’s mind is – just how long does Steve McClaren have left? For the most part, the majority of players in the disrupted squad have been abysmal and spineless.
But, there have been some shining lights in this dark, dark start to the campaign. Obviously, it’s not what the Toon faithful had hoped for, but I’ve decided to try and steer the unbalanced rollercoaster ride that us fans have been on in a positive direction.
On that note, let’s take a look at who I think have been the best Newcastle players so far this season (or least worst!).
